VistaPrint rips off customers with unauthorized Visa charges
I ordered business cards from VistaPrint . Cards were fine, delivery was fine, but the company then proceeded to charge my Visa card for an unauthorized monthly service fee. I have never agreed to any VistaPrint service other than the single business card order. Customer service took my details and has not called back. Emails receive an auto-response that gives the appearance of individual attention. First I got one from "Sheldon", and now "Garcia".
Bottom line: VistaPrint rips you off and doesn't respond when you complain.
